SHIPPING POLICY

Lead time

Our team are working hard to get you your orders as soon as possible.

All orders are packed within 1-3 business days of purchase and are posted between Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that due to high volume of orders during sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. 

Shipping cost and times

All orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post. The below times are based on Australia Post’s current estimates. Please note these do not take into account any current Australia Post disruptions or delays.

Please note Sadie Nails is not currently shipping internationally. We are shipping within Australia only.

Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Please note the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to become active.

Please note: 

• Shipping costs and any other third party fees are non-refundable. 
• Sadie Nails cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service
• Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
